We were celebrating our 70th birthdays this year in Gallipoli and needed a hotel with ac, an elevator and parking. Hotel Fly had all of this and more. The hotel is in a great location on the main street of Gallipoli, walkable to places to eat and a short walk to the old city. Very convenient to a beach a short drive away, Mar Y Sol, just north of Gallipoli. For 15 euros get an umbrella and two lounge chairs, tho we did go late in the afternoon. Maybe more if go earlier. The hotel staff were great and always willing to help with suggestions and meeting our needs. There is a breakfast on the beautiful terrace for a small fee. It will be our go to for future visits and highly recommend to one and all.

I didn't actually stay at the Fly but at the 33 Baroni. I got a call on the morning of my stay telling me that the Fly was closed and I was being transferred to another hotel in the group. All staff were excellent including the receptionist who called me explaining the change. Breakfast buffet was very good and coffee was prepared to my wishes by two very friendly and cheerful waitresses. Slept very well in comfortable bed. There was even a little gift as I left. All round good experience!

Giulia was very helpful assisted with many info on places around and also provides info on best places to eat/drink. Although not needed, English was spoken fluently by the staff. Room was perfect size, very clean and comfy. Location wise, couldn’t find better place as convenlty located 5 minus from train Station and 7 from nearest beach. Shops and restaurants all around.

Stefano

The breakfast was very good, it offered the traditional Italian sweet options, plus fruit and yogurts. They also had some local foods on offer. Very close to the Centro Storico.

Trudie

Perfect location, nice and helpul staff. They took our car to park. Very comfortable service. Room was simple but nice and comfortable.
